In this talk, Baba Lim Eng Leong will share his take on traditional Peranakan Weddings.
Drawing inspiration from his time spent interviewing the late Baba Charles KK Chua, author of the book, Peranakan Weddings from a Malaccan Perspective, as well as growing up in a Peranakan home in Melaka, Eng Leong will share first hand insights on Melaka Peranakan weddings, photographs from a private collection that have not been published, and his views on culture and heritage preservation.
